BLACK INK DESIGNS TERMS OF SERVICE

BLACK INK DESIGNS requires a 50% non refundable down payment on all design services to get started. The design will be hosted on our server for your viewing as it is being made. If you have given Black Ink Designs a project scope, you will be asked to review the development of your design. Upon completion, prior to release, the remaining balance must be paid in full. If payment is not received, your deposit and the completed service will be forfeited*. The full 100% will be due for all printing and direct mail services.

*NOTE: Should you choose to use Black Ink Designs again in the future, immediate payment of any and all services will need to be submitted up front before work can commence.

BLACK INK DESIGNS SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

All updates to your website must be submitted in a word or notepad document. Images must be ready for upload. Failure to meet these requirements will result in additional charges. When submitting your text or image updates, please reference which page and/or the location you want the updated information to be posted to. Updates will be completed within 72 hours of confirmation of received information. If you need something sooner, please fill out the contact form or call us.
